What You'll Do: Generate Leads & Prospect: You'll actively identify and reach out to potential clients using online platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, and Freelancer, as well as through targeted email campaigns and networking. Communicate with Clients: You'll play a key role in initiating and nurturing client relationships through calls, emails, and messages, and help schedule important meetings and presentations. Conduct Market Research: Stay ahead of the curve by researching industry trends, analyzing market competition, and understanding client needs to inform our sales strategies. Support Sales Efforts: Work closely with our talented technical and design teams to understand our service offerings and help craft compelling proposals and presentations. Manage CRM & Report: Keep our client records updated in CRM tools and provide regular reports on lead status and progress, ensuring smooth operations. What We're Looking For: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills – you're a natural at building rapport and conveying information clearly. A basic understanding of web development technologies and digital services – you don't need to be a developer, but an interest in the space is key!
