Key Responsibilities: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with expertise in LinkedIn and other platforms to lead our efforts in generating qualified leads and closing sales for ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, connecting with, and engaging potential clients, primarily in the Gulf region, including Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, and Kuwait. The key responsibilities include: Developing and implementing strategic outreach plans using LinkedIn and other professional platforms to identify and engage potential clients. Generating high-quality leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, referrals, and other digital channels, with a strong focus on the Gulf region. Managing the entire sales lifecycle, from prospecting to lead qualification, product demonstrations, negotiations, and successful closure of deals. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers, such as C-level executives, in target organizations. Crafting personalized messaging and presentations tailored to the needs and pain points of prospective clients. Collaborating with internal teams, including pre-sales and technical experts, to deliver tailored solutions that meet client requirements. Conducting detailed market research to identify new opportunities, understand industry trends, and stay ahead of competitors. Maintaining a pipeline of qualified leads and ensuring accurate and timely updates in the CRM system. Meeting or exceeding sales targets and contributing to the overall revenue growth of the company. Staying updated on ERP and CRM trends, Gulf region market dynamics, and best practices for lead generation and sales closure. Qualifications: 3.5 to 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or LinkedIn marketing with a proven ability to close deals end-to-end. Demonstrated expertise in lead generation for ERP and CRM solutions, particularly within the Gulf region. Proven track record of successfully closing sales and achieving or exceeding revenue targets. Experience generating leads from LinkedIn, email marketing, and other digital platforms. Strong negotiation, persuasion, and client management skills. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to deliver impactful presentations to high-level executives. Familiarity with the Gulf region's business landscape, cultural nuances, and key industries. Proficiency in tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM software, and other lead-generation and sales tools. Ability to conduct market research and translate findings into actionable strategies.
