Junior Business Development Executive (BDE) Experience: 6 months- 1 year Location: Rajkot, Gujarat Industry: Web & Software Development About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Business Development Executive with 6 months to 1 year of experience. The core focus of this role is online bidding on platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, etc., but the candidate will also contribute to general business development activities, including lead generation, client communication, and relationship management. Key Responsibilities: Identify relevant projects and submit proposals on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, etc. Write tailored and compelling bids based on client requirements. Maintain regular follow-up with prospects to convert leads into projects. Coordinate with internal teams to draft accurate and timely proposals. Generate leads through LinkedIn and other online platforms when needed. Maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business. Prepare basic business documentation including proposals, presentations, and agreements. Keep track of bidding activities, pipeline, and conversions. Support in general sales and marketing initiatives as required. Requirements: 6 months to 1 year of experience in business development or bidding in a web/software development company. Proven experience with bidding portals (Upwork, Freelancer, etc.). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Good understanding of software services and client requirements. Strong follow-up and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to multitask. Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach and basic sales tools is a plus.
