Key Responsibilities: 1. Content Strategy Planning: Develop and execute a multi-platform content strategy aligned with brand goals. Ensure content consistency, storytelling excellence, and audience engagement across all formats. Conduct competitor and industry analysis to identify content gaps and opportunities. 2. YouTube Instagram Content Optimization: Plan and oversee content for YouTube videos, Shorts, Instagram Reels, and stories. Work on video titles, descriptions, thumbnails, and hashtags for maximum reach. Optimize content based on platform algorithms, analytics, and audience insights. 3. Website, Blogs SEO Strategy: Develop engaging website content, blog articles, and landing pages to drive traffic and conversions. Implement SEO best practices to improve organic rankings and visibility. Track and analyze content performance metrics to refine strategies. 4. ATL BTL Content Development: Create impactful advertising content for TV, print, outdoor (ATL), and BTL activations. Develop compelling messaging for brochures, banners, posters, and physical branding materials. Collaborate with design teams to ensure content and visuals are aligned for maximum impact. 5. Multi-Format Content Management: Oversee content creation for digital ads, social media, influencer campaigns, and email marketing. Adapt content for different audience segments, languages, and platforms. Maintain a content calendar to ensure timely and consistent publishing. 6. Cross-Team Collaboration Leadership: Work closely with marketing, video production, design, and SEO teams to align content strategies. Manage content writers, editors, and agencies to ensure high-quality deliverables. Stay updated with content marketing trends, AI-driven content strategies, and emerging platforms. Key Qualifications Skills: 2 to 3 years of experience in content strategy, digital marketing, and multi-format content creation. Expertise in YouTube Instagram content planning, SEO, blogging, and ATL/BTL marketing. Strong understanding of audience engagement, storytelling techniques, and brand positioning. Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs), content management systems (WordPress, HubSpot), and social media insights. Ability to write, edit, and oversee high-quality content that resonates with diverse audiences. Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple content streams simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications: Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. Experience in managing high-scale content campaigns across digital and traditional platforms. Familiarity with AI-driven content tools, video scripting, and creative copywriting.
