About the Role: We're looking for a marketing copywriter who can shape stories, spark engagement, and give a strong voice to both internal and external brand communication. From crafting clever ad copy to developing internal narratives that resonate, this role offers the chance to influence how the brand is seen, heard, and remembered. Responsibilities: Write engaging, brand-aligned content for social media, ensuring consistency in tone and voice.Develop internal communication pieces that reflect the brand’s mission, culture, and values.Collaborate on marketing campaigns, providing fresh and strategic creative input.Keep a close eye on industry trends, pop culture, and competitor activity to keep the brand relevant.Craft compelling ad copy that converts attention into advocacy.Ideate and write relatable, on-brand memes and culturally relevant content.Edit, proofread, and refine copy to deliver clear and impactful messaging across various channels. Qualification: 2–5 years of professional copywriting experience, preferably in marketing or brand content.Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a sharp command of grammar.Strong grasp of marketing principles and the ability to align copy with campaign goals.Up-to-date with digital trends and social conversations.Creative flair and the ability to turn ordinary briefs into standout ideas.A portfolio showcasing content for social platforms and internal branding work.Strong collaboration skills and comfort working closely with designers and marketers.Attention to detail and a good sense of visual tone and aesthetic.
