Job Description

Data Scraping & Extraction Scrape relevant data from multiple online sources using defined Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs). Ensure comprehensive coverage and high-quality data collection. Bulk Automation Develop and deploy automated solutions (e.g., Python scripts) to efficiently handle large-scale data scraping. Continuously optimize workflows for speed, accuracy, and scalability. Data Cleaning & Maintenance Conduct regular data cleanup, deduplication, and validation to maintain an up-to-date, reliable database. Monitor data quality metrics and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner. Data Segmentation Organize and segment data according to marketing needs, ensuring seamless handoff to the Email Marketing team. Enable targeted and effective outreach campaigns. Analytical Insights & Reporting Leverage collected data to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights. Present findings through clear, concise reports or dashboards for stakeholders. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Technical teams to refine ICP criteria and align data-driven strategies with business goals. Provide input on process improvements and best practices for data workflows. Job Requirements Education : Any Bachelors degree Technical Skills : Proficiency in Python for data scraping and automation. Basic SQL (MySQL or similar) for data querying and database management. Familiarity with Excel, Power BI, or other visualization tools. Data Management & Analysis : Experience in data cleaning, segmentation, and maintenance for high-quality datasets. Ability to apply statistical or analytical methods to extract meaningful insights. Marketing & ICP Knowledge : Understanding of Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and how to source data from multiple online platforms. Experience organizing and segmenting leads for marketing campaigns is a plus. Collaboration & Communication : Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to clearly present complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
