Job Description

Location: Pune Employment type: Contract for 6 Months Roles & Responsibilities: IoT Solution Development: Design, develop, and maintain IoT applications and systems to collect, process, and analyze data from connected devices. Device Integration: Integrate various IoT devices, sensors, and platforms into existing or new IoT solutions. Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Continuously monitor and troubleshoot IoT solutions to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for IoT projects, including code, configurations, and system architecture. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers, software developers, and data scientists, to deliver end-to-end IoT solutions. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, or related field 2-3 years of relevant experience Should have shop floor experience Strong knowledge of Thingworx development is required Good to have knowledge of PLC programming, and Kepware. Proficiency in programming using JavaScript Knowledge of IoT protocols (e.g., MQTT, CoAP, HTTP, Modbus) and communication technologies (e.g., Bluetooth, Zigbee, LoRa) Knowledge of OT like SCADA, PT protocols like Profinet, Profibus Strong understanding of data management, analytics, and security in IoT environments Familiarity with hardware components and sensors commonly used in IoT devices Knowledge and Skills: Deep understanding of IoT solutions and creating business value Knowledge of Kepware preferably Good to have knowledge of PLC, gateways and sensors Knowledge of SQL, Postgres SQL Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
