Job Summary: As a Performance Marketer and eCommerce Manager, you will lead our digital marketing initiatives with a focus on optimizing performance across various channels, including Meta Ads, to achieve revenue targets. You will also manage our eCommerce platforms, ensuring an exceptional online shopping experience. This role requires a blend of analytical prowess, creative thinking, and eCommerce operational knowledge. Key Responsibilities: Performance Marketing Develop, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across digital platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), LinkedIn, and more, to meet KPIs and drive revenue growth. Conduct keyword research, audience targeting and segmentation, and A/B testing to improve campaign performance across all platforms, with a strong focus on Meta Ads. Analyze performance metrics, including conversion rates and ROI, across all campaigns to make data-driven decisions for budget allocation and campaign optimization. Stay updated with digital marketing trends and platform updates, especially on Meta platforms, to leverage new tools and strategies. Collaborate with content and design teams to create compelling ad creatives, landing pages, and engaging visuals for Meta Ads. eCommerce Management Oversee the day-to-day operations of the eCommerce platform, including product listings, content management, and order fulfillment. Optimize the online customer experience through website enhancements, ensuring easy navigation, fast loading times, and mobile responsiveness. Coordinate with inventory, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction. Utilize analytics tools to analyze website traffic and user behavior, identifying opportunities to increase conversion rates. Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search visibility and drive traffic. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush). Experience with PPC platforms, including Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager, with a proven track record in creating and optimizing campaigns. Understanding of SEO principles and familiarity with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento). Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills: Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other digital marketing platforms. Experience with email marketing and social media management tools.
