Remote work is NOT available. This is a Full-Time On-Site Role. We’re looking for a Junior Graphic Designer who combines creativity with a data-driven mindset. You’ll help shape content across platforms—taking ideas from concept to execution—working both independently and with the team. RESPONSIBILITIES: Marketing & Creative Design: Planning and executing new branding and designing initiatives including marketing images, videos and other creatives. Video Content Creation: Strong plus and a special emphasis on this, considering the space we operate in. Trend Analysis : Keeping up with the current trend in the creative & marketing space specially in context of the D2C space (think Shark Tank India). Quantitative Analysis : Data-driven approach to creative work. Create what engages our target audiences based on data insights. REQUIREMENTS: High competency in Graphic Design. Prior Startup experience is not necessary but is a plus. Strong command of Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) & Cloud-based tools like Figma and Canva. Familiarity with using AI design tools like Adobe Firefly or Midjourney is a plus. Team player and a strong culture fit. Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive and handle uncertainty. PERKS & BENEFITS: Work in a smart and empathetic team environment.
