Responsibilities: Work with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies. Min 0.6 years of experience into hiring is needed Source and attract top candidates through various channels, including online platforms (job boards, social media), professional networks, employee referrals, and targeted outreach. Conduct comprehensive screening of resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. Pre-screen candidates through phone or video interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit. Schedule interviews with hiring managers and provide feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process. Manage all aspects of the recruitment process within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruiting. Experience in training and mentoring freshers and junior team members.
