Join us in transforming lives and making a difference one student at a time! Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Lecturer located in Pune. The Junior Lecturer will be responsible for imparting knowledge using our bilingual methodology, which combines sign language and English communication. Day-to-day tasks include lesson planning, teaching, assessing student progress, and contributing to skill development and positive behavioral attitude building. The Junior Lecturer will also collaborate with team members and participate in various educational activities to support student success. Qualifications Strong knowledge in education techniques, especially with bilingual methodology (sign language and English communication) is preferred. Readiness to learn Indian Sign Language (ISL) is essential. Experience in lesson planning, teaching, and student assessment Skills in contributing to student skills development and positive behavioral attitude building Proficiency in using educational tools and resources like MS office Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work collaboratively with a team Experience working with students who are deaf or hard of hearing is a plus Master’s degree in Education or related field Adaptability to diverse students needs and Pedagogical Skills Show more Show less
