About the job: As a Fashion Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing merchandising strategies that align with our brand vision and business goals. You will collaborate closely with design, marketing, production, and e-commerce teams to ensure product-market fit, timely launches, and successful sell-through of collections. Key responsibilities: 1. Develop and execute seasonal merchandising plans aligned with brand vision, trends, and target customer profiles 2. Collaborate with design and product development teams to finalize collections, including product assortments, pricing, and colour stories 3. Conduct in-depth market research and trend analysis to identify opportunities, customer preferences, and competitive positioning 4. Forecast sales, manage inventory levels, and plan stock allocations to ensure optimal product availability and sell-through 5. Monitor product performance, analyze sales data, and recommend actions such as reorders, markdowns, or product drops 6. Work cross-functionally with production, marketing, and e-commerce teams to coordinate product launches and campaigns 7. Oversee product lifecycle management including SKU rationalization and replenishment strategies 8. Ensure consistency in brand presentation across all sales channels, including digital merchandising and (if applicable) visual merchandising for retail/pop-up spaces 9. Curate and manage product listings on the brand's website, including categorization, descriptions, and imagery coordination 10. Support content planning and promotional strategies by providing merchandising insights to the marketing team 11.
