Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with the design, production, and marketing teams to ensure timely development and launch of new products. Assist in the creation of product specifications, ensuring they meet quality standards. Monitor and track project timelines, ensuring milestones are met. Communicate effectively with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth product development processes. Conduct market research to identify new trends, materials, and opportunities for product innovation. Prepare reports on product development progress and present findings to management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address any issues or challenges in product development. Qualifications: Basic knowledge of English, both written and verbal, is required. Previous experience in product development, especially within the home textile industry, is an advantage. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
