Job Description

As a Junior Motion & Visual Designer , you will support the creative team in delivering visually impactful designs and videos. You’ll work on a wide range of projects, including social media creatives, short-form videos, animated content, and digital campaigns. The ideal candidate has a good understanding of digital aesthetics, is detail-oriented, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced creative environment. Key Responsibilities Design visually engaging static creatives for social media, ads, and marketing campaigns Develop animated content including reels, GIFs, and short motion graphics Edit short-form videos and branded video content for digital platforms Collaborate with copywriters, account managers, and senior designers to execute creative briefs Assist in visual planning and execution during basic video shoots (if required) Ensure consistency in brand guidelines across all design and video outputs Stay updated with digital and social media content trends and creative best practices Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Animation, or related field Minimum 3 years of experience in a creative or digital marketing environment Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) Good sense of typography, color, composition, and motion Experience in editing reels, promotional videos, and animated content for social media Ability to meet deadlines, follow creative direction, and work independently or in a team A portfolio demonstrating your static, motion, and video work is required for application Preferred (Not Mandatory) Experience with Canva, Figma, or Blender Excellent understanding of video shoot processes and camera setups Exposure to sound design, color correction, or 3D animation What We Offer Opportunity to work on exciting and varied client projects Mentorship and collaboration with experienced designers A supportive and creative work environment Learning and growth opportunities within a fast-growing agency Competitive compensation based on experience and performance How to Apply Please share your updated resume portfolio (PDF/Behance/Dribble link), and a cover note to hr@brands2be.com with the subject: Application: Senior Motion & Graphic Designer: Your Name.
