Total number of employees reporting: - 4. Job responsibilities S. No. Job Responsibilities A. 1. Hand on experience of siemens S7 -300 & 400 PLC. 2. Expertise in commissioning and troubleshooting of S120, G120, ACS800 drive. 3. Working experience on servo drive SIMOTION D425 CONTROLLER. 4. well versed with simatic manager, starter , scout ,control builder software, tia portal 5. Good understanding of industrial communication such as profibus, profinet, Ethernet. 6. Knowledge of siemens make HMI, scada. Hand on experience of backup, download, upgradation 7. Exposure in industry 4.0 8. Knowledge of siemens CU MODULE, CIM, BLM, SLM, DC BUS BAR SYSTEM. 9. Experience in writing of s7 300 plc programme for any change and modification. Understanding of STL programme. 10. Capable to do hardware configuration of plc. 11. Well verse with iba system, instruments, and all type of encoders, transducer, and strip centering guide. Sensors. 12. Very good experience in motor ,pcc,mcc,substation, transformer, LT & HT switch gear & protection, crane and other electrical system maintenance 5. Knowledge , skills and experience (Minimum level) Educational qualifications Diploma in Electrical & Electronics engineering from reputed engineering college Relevant experience 4 10years Behavioural Competencies: Result Orientation Problem Solving Strategic Thinking Managing Business Complexity
