Requirements: · 1+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing with a proven track record of scaling paid media campaigns profitably across Meta, Google, and other platforms. · Technical & Analytical Skills: Strong command over performance tracking tools, data interpretation, and optimization strategies. Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Excel. · Creative Collaboration: Ability to brief and co-create with design and content teams to develop impactful campaigns that resonate with target segments. · Execution-Oriented: High level of ownership with the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop, manage, and scale performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and other platforms to drive user acquisition, conversions, and revenue. Campaign Optimization & Analysis: Use A/B testing, funnel analysis, and data-driven insights to continuously optimize ad performance and lower CAC while increasing ROAS. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with creative, content, and product teams to develop high-performing ad creatives, landing pages, and messaging aligned with brand goals and consumer behavior. Budget & KPI Management: Monitor campaign budgets and ensure campaigns are hitting key performance indicators (KPIs) including CTR, CVR, CAC, and ROI. Platform & Tool Expertise: Manage and optimize campaigns through tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Shopify, ensuring smooth execution and reporting.
