Key Responsibilities: • Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop, manage, and scale performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and other platforms to drive user acquisition, conversions, and revenue. • Campaign Optimization & Analysis: Use A/B testing, funnel analysis, and data-driven insights to continuously optimize ad performance and lower CAC while increasing ROAS. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with creative, content, and product teams to develop high-performing ad creatives, landing pages, and messaging aligned with brand goals and consumer behavior. • Budget & KPI Management: Monitor campaign budgets and ensure campaigns are hitting key performance indicators (KPIs) including CTR, CVR, CAC, and ROI. • Platform & Tool Expertise: Manage and optimize campaigns through tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Shopify, ensuring smooth execution and reporting.
