Job Details: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Purchase & Order Executive to join our team. The role involves managing order processing, coordinating shipments, maintaining stock records, and supporting inventory operations. The ideal candidate should be tech-savvy, communicative, and capable of handling e-commerce tools and data efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and manage purchase and order data using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets . Monitor and update product listings and details on our website and on platforms like Flipkart, Amazon, and Shopify . Coordinate order fulfillment and shipping with logistics partners . Track stock levels and assist in inventory management and verification . Work closely with the Senior Executive to ensure stock availability and timely ordering. Review and verify incoming orders and ensure smooth processing. Communicate with internal teams and external partners in a timely and professional manner. Operate relevant e-commerce and inventory software with ease. Requirements: Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets . Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Flipkart, Amazon, and Shopify. Good written and verbal communication skills . Organized, energetic, and able to multitask. Comfortable using computers and software tools for inventory/order management. Qualification: Minimum Graduation OR a completed Diploma/Certification course in a relevant field (e.g., commerce, operations, supply chain, or computer applications). Freshers with relevant training or certification are encouraged to apply.
