Role: Junior IT Recruiter Job Brief: We are looking for the position of Junior IT Recruiter to join our Recruitment Team. We are looking for enthusiastic people who are passionate about Recruitment and where you get an opportunity to work with our Service and product teams to understand current and future needs in the organisation. The Junior IT Recruiter responsibilities include sourcing, screening of qualified candidates, and taking care of the end-to-end recruitment activities for various IT roles. You will also network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our brand, reduce our time-to-hire, and ensure we attract the best professionals. Roles and responsibilities 1. Proactively source and screen candidates through niche platforms such as LinkedIn, indeed, Naukri, and other relevant job boards. 2. Parse specialised IT skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes. 3. Proficient in sourcing candidates with expertise in technologies such asPHP, Java, .NET Core, Python, Flutter, ios, Android, UI-UX and Reactjs. 4. Perform pre screening calls to analyze applicants abilities and answer their questions appropriately. 5. Utilize various sourcing techniques, including Boolean and x-ray searches, to identify potential candidates across multiple channels in order to build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings. 6. Coordinate with the internal recruitment team to forecast department goals and hiring needs. 7. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers and provide interview feedback when necessary and appropriate. 8. Provide regular updates and reports on sourcing activity and candidate pipeline. 9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent sourcing and recruitment and update Job descriptions when appropriate. 10. Help new hires onboard . Preferred Qualifications 1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 2. Proven 0.6 - 1 year of experience in sourcing candidate profiles for technical roles. 3. Strong understanding of s taffing and recruitment processes . 4. Familiarity with job posting and sourcing on platforms such as LinkedIn, indeed, Naukri, etc. 5. Proficiency in utilizing Boolean and x-ray searches for candidate sourcing. 6. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and Time management skills. 7. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment. 8. A passion for identifying and engaging top talent to drive organizational success.
