Job Profile 1. Policy and Regulatory Research: Conduct research on policies and regulations related to electric mobility, renewable energy integration, and sustainable transportation. Analyze the socio-economic impact of EV adoption, including gender and social inclusion (GESI) dimensions. Review and assess national and international best practices in energy transition and policy frameworks. 2. Social and Gender Impact Assessment: Develop strategies to promote gender inclusivity and social equity in energy transition projects. 3. Stakeholder Engagement and Capacity Building: Collaborate with government agencies, industry stakeholders, and civil society organizations to promote inclusive energy solutions. Assist in organizing workshops, consultations, and capacity-building programs for policymakers and community stakeholders. Experience 0 - 2 Years Qualification - Graduate/Post Graduate Degree in engineering or Post Graduate degree in public policy- economics- social sciences- energy economics- development studies- or a related field. - Prior experience in policy research- energy transition- or social inclusion projects is preferable. Skills 1. Knowledge of social science research methodologies- policy analysis- and impact assessment. 2. Familiarity with energy economics- sustainable development goals (SDGs)- and gender mainstreaming in energy systems. 3. Excellent communication- writing- and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders. 4.
