Sales Executive: 1. Site Visits & Evaluations β Travel to client sites to assess their infrastructure, requirements, and objectives. β Gather comprehensive information on client needs to tailor the best possible solutions. 2. Consultative Selling β Engage with key stakeholders in person to understand their challenges, goals, and expectations. β Provide in-depth knowledge about 4K Sportsβ range of products and services, emphasizing value and ROI. 3. Educating & Demonstrating Offerings β Conduct product demonstrations or presentations on-site, illustrating how 4K Sportsβ solutions address client pain points. β Explain technical and operational aspects clearly to ensure client understanding. 4. USP Communication & Trust Building β Highlight the unique selling propositions (USPs) of 4K Sports, differentiating our solutions from competitors. β Foster long-term relationships through transparent communication, consistent follow-ups, and top-notch customer service. 5. Lead Management & Pipeline Building β Identify new sales opportunities through site visits, referrals, and market research. β Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, managing leads from initial contact to closure. 6. Negotiation & Closing β Work collaboratively with clients and internal teams to reach mutually beneficial agreements. β Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to successfully close deals while maintaining profitability targets. 7. Collaboration with Internal Teams β Coordinate with the Telecaller team, marketing, and product specialists to refine proposals and address client feedback. β Provide insights to the product development team regarding client requirements or market demands. 8. Reporting & Documentation β Maintain accurate records of client interactions, site evaluations, proposals, and contracts within the CRM system. β Prepare regular progress reports for senior management, highlighting pipeline status and upcoming opportunities. 9. Market Insights & Continuous Learning β Stay current with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge. β Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques. 10. Customer Satisfaction & Post-Sales Support β Act as a point of contact for clients post-sale, ensuring smooth implementation and addressing any concerns. β Gather feedback to inform future product enhancements and improve customer satisfaction. Requirements β Education & Experience β Bachelorβs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. β 1β3 years of experience in field sales, business development, or a client-facing role. β Sales & Communication Skills β Strong consultative selling approach with the ability to build rapport, identify needs, and offer tailored solutions. β Excellent verbal and written communication skills, combined with persuasive presentation abilities. β Technical Proficiency β Comfortable using CRM tools to track leads, manage pipelines, and generate reports. β Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for client proposals and presentations. β Travel Readiness β Willingness to travel extensively for site visits, client meetings, and industry events. β Valid driverβs license and reliable transportation may be required depending on location. β Negotiation & Closing β Proven ability to handle negotiations effectively and close deals within specified timelines. β Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets is a plus. β Teamwork & Collaboration β Ability to work cross-functionally, coordinating with marketing, product development, and customer support teams. β Openness to feedback and continuous learning, adapting to new sales strategies or product offerings. β Industry Knowledge (Preferred) β Familiarity with sports technology or related industries is a significant advantage. β Understanding of competitor landscape and market trends to better position 4K Sportsβ solutions.
