Role Overview We're hiring a Junior Social Media Manager who’s sharp, ambitious, and ready to make their mark in the gaming, tech, and crypto space. You’ll be managing 20–30 accounts across Instagram and Twitter, helping us build strong digital brands and convert users through impactful content. Key Responsibilities Manage daily posting, content calendars, and engagement across 20–30 social media accounts Create original content (text + basic visual concepts) tailored for Twitter and Instagram Coordinate closely with the creative team to ensure smooth execution of campaigns Track performance and report key metrics with actionable insights Stay on top of industry trends in gaming, Web3, and tech to create timely content Maintain communication with internal teams and external clients to align content strategies Proactively suggest content ideas, hooks, and memes to drive growth and engagement Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in social media/content creation roles Excellent English — both written and spoken Proficiency with platforms like Instagram, Twitter, and analytics tools Strong interest in gaming, technology, and cryptocurrency Ability to manage multiple accounts and stay organized Self-driven, responsible, and ambitious mindset — we don’t micromanage Perks & Growth Work with global clients and leading Web3 projects Room for rapid growth — both in responsibilities and compensation Performance-based bonuses and overtime pay Build a portfolio that includes cutting-edge brands in crypto and gaming Work in a fast-paced, high-trust team that values ownership Show more Show less
