Job Description:We are looking for a creative, detail oriented and extremely responsible Junior Social Media Manager to join Boombay! An ideal candidate is someone with a minimum 1 year of experience in social media marketing brand or agency level Location: Santacruz E Working model: HybridDays: Mon - SaturdayTiming: 10 am - 6 pm Responsibilities: Analyze customer expectations, requirements and develop social media posts accordinglyDevelop, implement and manage social media strategies to achieve targetsCreate, implement and execute content ideasShoot content for reels and postsEdit videos on canva or InShot for reelsIdeate and flesh out content strategies for clients and servicing them end to endCommunicate effectively to all stakeholders including senior management, content developers, vendors and collaboratorsRegular posting and creation of amplification plansMonitor posts, analyze data obtained and develop monthly reportPerform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferencesStay up-to-date with new digital technologies and social media best practicesCoordinate and execute CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention.Help to build a CRM calendar and overall marketing plan for the quarterManage data collection processes to ensure accuracy and consistency across platforms.Generate and analyze regular Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly MIS reports and to track performance metrics and improve operational efficiency.Leverage AI tools effectively to generate high-quality copy for various channels, including CRM campaigns, email marketing, website content, and social media captions.Maintain a high level of responsiveness and proactive in replying to all comments, direct messages, and mentions across all social media platforms. Skills and Requirements: Minimum 1 year of relevant work experienceExperience in F&B space is preferred.Intermediate knowledge of content writing, Canva and InShot (any phone video editing app)Team & time management skills
