About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Lead Generation & Conversion (Core Responsibility) Plan and execute targeted social media campaigns to generate high-quality leads for therapy and diagnostic services Drive conversion of social leads through coordinated follow-ups, messaging, and nurturing funnels Collaborate with sales/clinical teams to align campaign messaging and track conversion metrics 2. Social Media Management Manage and grow Cogniable's presence on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube Plan, create, and schedule engaging posts, reels, and stories aligned with brand voice Monitor interactions, comments, and DMs to drive timely engagement 3. Performance Analytics Track campaign metrics (leads, reach, clicks, conversions, cost per lead) Use insights from Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and platform tools to optimize campaigns Share weekly/monthly performance reports and recommendations 4. Brand Awareness & Community Building Build awareness around Cogniable's services, success stories, and impact Engage with online communities, parenting groups, and relevant forums to generate interest Support digital campaigns for new clinic openings, webinars, or local events 5.
