About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Assist in the creation, scheduling, and publishing of content across social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) 2. Monitor social media channels for industry trends, competitor activities, and audience engagement opportunities 3. Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner 4. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media content with overall campaign strategies 5. Support in the development of content calendars and ensure timely delivery of assets 6. Track and report on key social media performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, follower growth) 7. Assist in running and optimizing paid social media campaigns under the guidance of senior team members 8. Help research and identify influencers, partnerships, and cross-promotion opportunities 9. Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices 10.
