Junior Software Tester

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Understand business and technical requirements to create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases. Perform manual testing of web applications, APIs, and database components. Test Angular-based front-end for functionality, usability, and responsiveness. Verify backend processes and business logic implemented in .NET Core. Validate data and write SQL queries to ensure accuracy and consistency. Execute test cases, log defects, and track their resolution using tools like JIRA. Conduct regression testing, system testing, and smoke testing. Collaborate with developers and other team members to troubleshoot issues. Required Skills: 1-3 years of experience in manual testing of web applications. Good understanding of web technologies, especially Angular and REST APIs. Experience testing .NET Core applications (functional and backend logic). Strong knowledge of SQL for data validation. Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail). Excellent communication and documentation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
