We are looking for immediate joiners, female candidates with experience in retail sales. Department : Store operations Qualification : Fashion related degree preferred Experience: 1 year Location: - Mumbai (Waterfield Rd, Off Linkin Rd, Bandra West) Requirement & Skills: - Female Candidate. - Immediate joiners. - Experience in retail sales, preferably from a luxury wear multi-designer background. - Well versed in taking Customer Measurements. - Basic understanding of designers, product, fabric and style knowledge. - Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office programs. - Good command over English, written and verbal. Good interpersonal skills. - A friendly personality. Warm & kind with Customers. - Target oriented and Sales Driven. - Genuine Enthusiasm for the Company. - Keeping up with fashion market trends. Job Responsibilities Include: Handling walk-in customers & answering their queries. Following up with customers Achieving sales targets. Good with taking measurements and coordination with alterations for clients. Coordinate the same with master/tailors. Assist customers during trials & provide consultancy to meet customer needs. Coordinate and help customers in classification of outfits as per the event/occasion Helping peers in work related activities. Follow up with customers for work related or promotional activities. Respond to customer complaints & concerns in a professional manner. Help in creating sales strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability. Participate in sales promotion activities like Discount sales offers, Pre Launches offer, Exhibitions , and increase footfalls in the showroom. Participate in marketing activities. Survey and be updated with competitors and inform about ongoing trends and marketing strategies. Any other duties may be assigned.
