The ideal candidate will have expertise in operating systems, networking, VOIP, IT security, and hardware installations. This role requires hands-on experience in configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining IT infrastructure components, ensuring optimal performance and security. ResponsibilitiesInstall and configure: Install, configure, and test hardware and softwareMaintain: Maintain and update operating systems, applications, and network file systemsTroubleshoot: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issuesSecure: Secure data and systems, and ensure disaster recoverySupport users: Provide technical support to users, and ensure they have access to the right systemsManage inventory: Track and maintain hardware and software inventoryManage accounts: Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rightsOnboard users: Create user accounts and assign permissions for new employeesProvide training: Provide end-user training on new software applications . Skills and qualificationsStrong analytical skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsUnderstanding of computer hardware, software, and networkingPrevious experience in an IT support roleDegree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
