Role Overview GLTS is seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer in Namakkal, Tamil Nadu, India, to create intuitive, visually appealing digital experiences for software, websites, and digital marketing solutions. The role involves applying design thinking, conducting user research, crafting compelling content, and using industry-standard tools, including Canva, to deliver user-centric designs, with clear communication in English. Responsibilities Design user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile using design thinking. Conduct user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing) to inform design decisions. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma and tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision. Develop graphics, animations, videos, and marketing visuals using Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and Canva. Write clear, engaging, user-focused content for interfaces, websites, and marketing materials. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and marketers, communicating ideas clearly in English. Perform usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback and analytics. Ensure designs and content align with brand guidelines, accessibility, and performance standards. Stay updated on UI/UX and content creation trends and tools. Qualifications Expertise in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and collaborative design workflows. Proficiency in alternative UI/UX tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision. Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop for visual design, Premiere Pro for video editing/motion graphics, and Canva for marketing visuals and presentations. Proven content writing skills for creating user-friendly, brand-aligned copy for interfaces and marketing. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite tools (e.g., Illustrator, After Effects) is a plus. Strong understanding of design thinking, user research, and usability testing. Excellent visual design skills (aesthetics, typography, color theory). Strong English proficiency (written and verbal) for clear communication and content creation. Ability to work independently and in teams with attention to detail. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field from an Indian institution. Portfolio showcasing Figma workflows, Canva designs, Photoshop visuals, Premiere Pro assets, and content writing samples. Why Join GLTS?
