The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring IT professionals for UK/EU/US clients. Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for UK/EU/US clients. Source and screen candidates using job portals (LinkedIn, Reed, CV-Library, Monster, etc.), Boolean search, and networking . Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and clients. Understand UK/EU/US employment laws, work permits, and compliance requirements . Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for IT roles. Ensure a smooth hiring experience for candidates and clients. Requirements: 1-3 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in the UK/EU/US market . Familiarity with contract and permanent hiring models. Strong understanding of IT technologies and job roles . Experience using ATS, job boards, and LinkedIn Recruiter . Excellent communication and negotiation skills . Ability to work in UK/EU shift timings .
