Beans Media is on the lookout for a talented and motivated Junior Video Editor to join our post-production team. If you have a keen eye for detail, a passion for storytelling through visuals, and a love for music videos and digital content — this is your sign to apply. As a Junior Video Editor, you’ll assist in editing projects across music, lifestyle, fashion, food, and branded content. You’ll work alongside directors, senior editors, and producers to bring creative visions to life with sharp cuts, smooth transitions, and beautiful pacing. Key Responsibilities Edit short-form and long-form videos (Reels, music videos, product films, etc.) Assist in organizing footage, syncing audio, and preparing selects Add text animations, sound design, and transitions as needed Collaborate with senior editors and directors for creative feedback Handle multiple projects while meeting deadlines consistently Maintain an organized file structure for each project Requirements 0–2 years of experience in video editing (internship or freelance included) Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro/ Da Vinci Resolve (basic knowledge of After Effects is a plus) Strong understanding of visual pacing, rhythm, and aesthetic appeal Basic color correction and audio cleanup skills Ability to take feedback constructively and work independently Good communication and time management skills Job Types: Fresher, Internship Contract length: 6 months Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month Benefits: Flexible schedule Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Education: Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred) Work Location: Remote
