About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Edit high-energy short-form content for Instagram, YouTube, TikTok 2. Produce cinematic highlight reels, trailers and tutorial videos 3. Transform raw gameplay into compelling visual narratives 4. Collaborate with teams to develop consistent visual branding 5. Optimize edits for platform-specific formats and rapid publishing Requirements: 1. Master Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects 2. Apply DaVinci Resolve for color grading (preferred) 3. Demonstrate strong storytelling and pacing skills 4. Deliver fast turnarounds without quality compromise 5. Understand gaming culture and meme trends deeply 6. Enhance edits with motion graphics and VFX 7. Apply platform algorithm knowledge (retention, CTAs) 8. Utilize gaming/esports terminology authentically Projects you will create: 1. Hype-building creator announcement videos 2. Esports tournament and event promotions 3. Product tutorial and feature walkthroughs 4. Viral meme campaigns and branded content 5.
