We are looking for dynamic and goal-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The role involves guiding prospective student / learner through the counselling & admission process, addressing their queries, and achieving enrolment targets. Candidates with an experience in the Ed-Tech or Tele-Sales sector are preferred.Role & responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to prospective learners and guide them through the Universities courses & admission process.Counsel and convert leads into enrolments for various educational programs.Maintain clear and effective follow-up communication.Ensure daily, weekly and monthly achievements of calling and conversion of targets.Maintain soft copy records and update the CRM.Communicating the learners details and reporting to the authorized management after completing the given task.Work towards achieving monthly sales targets and contributing to overall team goals.Handle inquiries professionally and provide accurate information about courses, fees, and admission procedures.Preferred candidate profile Education: Graduation (In any domain)Experience: 0-3 years of stability in an Ed-Tech company or in tele-sales department.Smart & presentable fresher can also apply.Age limit: within 35 years.Language Proficiency: English, Hindi & Bengali.Confident while communicating.Work DetailsWorking Hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM.Working Days: Monday to SaturdayJob Types: Full-time, PermanentTarget-Oriented Role: Candidates should be comfortable with sales-driven responsibilities and meeting admission targets.
