Responsibilities:Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clientsManage travel itineraries and accommodation arrangementsSchedule meetings and appointmentsManage executives calendars and set up meetingsUphold a strict level of confidentialityTake minutes during meetingsFormat information for internal and external communication memos, emails, presentations, reportsScreen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondenceShould be prepared to do regular MIS work as well as back end supportQualification & Skills:Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar roleExcellent MS Office knowledgeOutstanding organizational and time management skillsFamiliarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. e-calendars and copy machines)Excellent verbal and written communications skills in EnglishDiscretion and confidentialityMust have Bachelors DegreePA diploma or certification is an added advantage
