Real old building feel lifts were good when I was there The current cut was there often maybe it's not the building fault just saying otherwise all good. Clean and Watchmen staff were helpful in parking etc.

Once very popular building , with lots of offices, Now becomes pretty old , lost its shine

Can be easily accessed by bus. Good and neatly maintained. Walkable distance from LIC. Can be accessed by 23C,27D from Egmore.

The Globe Theater, later named Alankar Theater, is closed since long ago. Now the new Raheja Towers can be found at the place. Alankar Theater was near the LIC Building and was close to the Wellington and Shanthi theaters.
