Role & responsibilities Design Creation: Develop innovative and high-quality graphic designs for various marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, catalogs, banners, and digital advertisements, tailored to our manufacturing products and services. Branding Support: Assist in the development and maintenance of consistent visual branding guidelines, ensuring all designs align with the company's brand identity and values. Product Packaging & Labeling: Design packaging and labels for products, ensuring compliance with industry standards and creating an attractive, informative, and functional product presentation. Website & Digital Media: Design and update the company's website visuals, email templates, and social media graphics to engage current and potential customers. Print Production: Prepare files for print production, ensuring all designs are print-ready and meet production standards. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product development teams to create designs that align with business goals, product launches, and marketing initiatives. Design Revisions: Incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine and finalize designs. Trend Research: Stay up to date with industry design trends, best practices, and technologies to ensure designs are modern and innovative.Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a portfolio showcasing previous design work, especially in a manufacturing, industrial, or product-focused environment. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) and other graphic design software. Strong knowledge of print production processes and file preparation for print. Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout design.
