Key Responsibilities:Design Development:Create detailed 2D layouts, plans, and elevations.Develop realistic 3D models and renderings to present design concepts.Iterate designs based on client feedback to ensure project alignment.Client Interaction:Conduct meetings to understand client requirements, preferences, and budgets.Provide expert recommendations on design elements, materials, and furniture.Maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.Material Selection & Procurement:Research, source, and select materials, finishes, and furnishings.Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to procure quality materials within budget.Site Supervision:Oversee Supervise on-site activities to ensure alignment with design specifications.Coordinate with the site team, and respective site supervisorConduct site visits based on the scale and complexity of the project.Provide guidance to ensure the design vision is accurately translated during executionProject Coordination:Prepare and manage project timelines, schedules.Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.Document and maintain project progress reports for internal and client reference.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree/diploma in Interior Design or related field.Proficiency in design software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, or similar tools.Strong visualization and rendering skills.Excellent understanding of materials, finishes, and furnishings.Knowledge of modular furniture design and execution.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective client handling.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with attention to detail.Prior experience in site supervision and coordination is preferred.

Job Summary:The BDE will drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and collaborating with the design team. Managing walk-in inquiries, and providing a personalized walk-through of the experience centre. Responsibilities include client conversion, delivering presentations, negotiation skills and supporting the sales team with basic Excel for reporting and tracking.Job Description :1. Greet and engage guests and execute sales proficiency using Living Spaces Guest Engagement Model and supporting behaviours.9. Coordinate with design and project teams to ensure client requirements are met.
