Lead end-to-end execution of Greenfield & Brownfield projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and compliance requirements.Oversee site selection, layout design, and infrastructure development, ensuring adherence to pharma industry standards.Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors for structural and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) aspects of the project.Ensure seamless integration of civil, mechanical, and utility systems in line with regulatory norms.Implement best practices in project management, including risk assessment, budgeting, and resource allocation.Ensure the design, construction, and maintenance of high-quality civil structures, roads, drainage, and plant buildings.Formulate project plans, conduct feasibility analyses, and prepare cost assessments for various initiatives. Must possess experience in overseeing project expenditures in the vicinity of Rs 200 crore.Manage and maintain critical utilities, including HVAC, end to end water systems management, boilers, chillers, air compressors, and electrical systems.Ensure continuous and efficient operation of utilities with minimal downtime.Drive energy conservation to optimize costs and enhance sustainability.
