Roles and Responsibilities Review and Audit of client accounts and operations from compliance (SEBI) perspective.Create and manage effective action plans in response to audit discoveries and compliance violations of the clients.Advise clients on compliance with laws and regulations through detailed reports.Regularly audit procedures, practices, and documents to identify possible weaknesses or risks.Assess client operations to determine compliance risk.Ensure all employees are educated on the latest regulations and processes.Desired Candidate Profile CS (Qualified or Finalist) preferredGood knowledge of legal requirements and procedures.Good oral and written communication skills.Highly analytical with attention to detail.Experience in SEBI compliances would be a plus.
