1. Manage a team of site quality engineers under a cluster2. Ensure weekly quality walks with Project Managers, Site Engineers & Quality Engineers is done regularly. Maintain a record of observations with closures of the same.3. Ensure monthly/fortnightly site visit to critical areas with Project in charge for issue resolution & updates on weekly report findings.4. Ensure monthly quality meetings with the site, contractor, Project in charge, Cluster head & Corporate Quality on site. Prepare a report on findings along with action taken & status of issues (closed, open, in progress etc.)5. Coordinate with contractor & corporate for completion & approval of (Project Specific Quality Plan) PSQP. Ensure effective implementation6. Ensure Weekly & Monthly Reports are sent on time. Review, Classify & Resolve the critical issues in consultation with other stakeholders. 7. Identify training needs, coordinate with the Corporate Training Coordinator, impart trainings for SOPs, new method statement, new activities through onsite trainers and if need be; then through external agencies. 8. Ensure & assess trainings conducted on site are effective 9. Ensure First Time Right; guide the work force (tradesman, supervisor, KL & contractor staff) through mock ups & trainings prior to start of an activity. 10. Ensure mock-ups are conducted for all activities as per the approved mock-up list. 11. Ensure & institute effective CAPA.12. Provide input to Corporate Quality for updating the process & Quality documents such as SOPs, ITP, Checklists etc.13. Perform Benchmarking at-least 1 per month to identify the best practices followed in the industry & implement on site14. Ensure snagging & de-snagging of units is done as per the set process.15. Check, monitor & analyse type of snags raised by Project, Quality, CRM & Customer. Take preventive action on the repetitive snags. Prepare a report and share the learnings.

Prepare SOPs for standardization of processes, reports and MIS to the management on time and cost impact of changes or delays in approvals, construction or sales in order to assist Management in taking suitable decisions.Preparation & updation of business plan and cashflow.Incorporate real estate market surveys, financial analysis and pros vs cons assessments into executive presentations.
