We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Executive/Sr. Account Executive to join our finance team catering to clientele based worldwide. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in finance, with expertise in balance sheet and P&L management, accounts payable/accounts receivable, general ledger maintenance, and vendor reconciliation. This role is for Indian Accounting & Hong Kong Accounting & requires excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environmentRoles and Responsibilities 1. Financial Management- Maintain and analyze balance sheets and income statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.- Prepare and review financial reports, including P&L statements, on a regular basis.- Monitor financial transactions and ensure proper recording in the general ledger.2. Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable- Oversee accounts payable processes, including invoice verification, payment processing, and vendor communication.- Manage accounts receivable, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, collections, and reconciliation.3. General Ledger Maintenance:- Maintain the general ledger, ensuring accurate recording of financial transactions.- Reconcile and analyze general ledger accounts to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.4. Vendor Reconciliation:- Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies to ensure accurate financial records.- Communicate effectively with vendors to address inquiries and discrepancies.5. Financial Analysis- Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.- Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.6. Compliance- Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.- Assist in audits as necessary.7. Cross-functional Collaboration:- Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data and support budgeting and forecasting processes.
