Advanced communication and computer skills are very useful for the role.The goal is to ensure the smooth and cost-efficient flow of our production operations.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate production workflow for one or multiple productsEnsure the all raw material such like Walleting paper , Pouch inventory materials master carton , inner carton for each and every work order availability and follow up with purchase department .Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delayDetermine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demandAssign workers and other staff to particular production operationsSchedule shift according to production needsMonitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within budgetAddress issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruptionObtain output information (number of finished products, percentage of defectives etc.)Prepare and submit status and performance reportsKeep paperwork organizedCollaborate with quality control, warehouse and other staffPreparation of Daily report /Monthly report Back Lock of any consignment to ne planned and execute proper despatch with co-ordinating with Despatch Department Prepration of Monthly Despatch Plan as per our Work Order received from Sales Department planning of organising inventry Control with Stores department and ensure the availability of all raw material Draw the schedule for Despatch Plan with co-ordinating with Despatch/Central Excise Department Requirements and skillsProven experience as production plannerExcellent knowledge of production planning and quality control principlesExperience in MRP II (Manufacturing resource planning)Working knowledge of MS Office and ERP systemsStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication abilitiesHigh school diploma; Further education or certification is preferred
