Route Sales RepresentativeLocation: Ahmedabad (Old City and New City), Rajkot, Udaipur, Palanpur, BarodaPosition Type: Permanent, Full-Time (In-Person)Job Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Route Sales Specialist (RSS) to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in growing routes by delivering fresh products, establishing new customer accounts, and ensuring exceptional merchandising standards. You will work closely with customers, supporting all sales initiatives, and ensuring customer satisfaction by maintaining high standards of ordering, merchandising, and display opportunities.Key Responsibilities:Drive sales growth by executing Direct Store Delivery Excellence (DSDE) best practices.Establish store-level growth plans in alignment with Zone objectives, focusing on revenue, product freshness, and overall customer satisfaction.Communicate store-level growth goals to customers and conduct quarterly reviews to track progress and identify opportunities.Provide vacation relief and operational support for Route Sales Professionals (RSPs).Assist with training new RSPs and deliver fresh products to customers until new RSPs are fully trained.Ensure displays are in line with company standards and assist with rack resets.Promote product offerings, new sales opportunities, and maximize space/position gains for existing customers.Handle customer relations and address any issues that arise, ensuring high levels of customer service.Monitor competitor activity and report insights to market leaders.Assist in various operational tasks, including order distribution, merchandising, holiday planning, and ensuring customer delivery expectations are met.Top Reasons to Apply:Compensation: Base salary + commission (Average annual income: 2 Lakhs - 4 Lakhs).Growth Opportunity: Join a growing organization with increased demand for products and excellent career progression opportunities.Sign-On Bonus: Receive a generous bonus payout of 35,000:5,000 after 90 days of successful employment10,000 after 6 months of service20,000 upon reaching the 18-month markTraining: On-the-job training with continuous advancement opportunities.What We Need from You:Minimum age of 21 years.Valid drivers license (a two-wheeler is preferred).Ability to perform physical tasks, including climbing, bending, pushing/pulling, and kneeling for extended periods.1-3 years of related experience in Direct Store Distribution (DSD) is preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to solve customer issues promptly.Willingness to travel to varying locations depending on staffing needs.Interested candidates can share cv at hr@kalory.com Why Join Us?We offer a permanent job with full-time in-person work, a competitive salary with incentives, and significant career growth potential in a fast-paced and exciting environment.
