1. Developing waterproofing applicators with technical support and retail leads/business leads and generating sales volume through them.2. Interfacing with clients for understanding their requirements & suggesting techno commercially the most viable proposal / products / Solution.3. Building relations with top waterproofing contractors and dealers along with architects4. Recommend correct waterproofing products and systems on site depending on problems observed.5. Provide Technical support to the retail & DG team in Trial, mockup or demo6. To provide Application supervision of waterproofing products7. Provide application training to applicators & team and QA/QC for the prescribed geography.8. Identifying new markets & business opportunities, tracking market trends, conducting surveys to collect customer feedback and preparing forecasting reports.9. Conduct market comparison in terms of products, initiatives and primary and secondary schemes.
