Additional Responsibilities: Work with our outsourcing partner to maintain compliance of ASA legacy infrastructure. Provide buck stops here escalations from our helpdesk. Hands-on experience installing, configuring, and supporting Cisco Meraki switches, WAN Switches and Access points. Experience in administering and supporting EMC Storage Area Networks (SAN) is a plus. Must have large scale CISCO enterprise experience, architecting, managing, installing, and troubleshooting, complex networks Strong Palo Alto, Fortinet and/or CISCO Firewall experience required Experience with IPG Routing, Switching, and Security Protocols including Advanced Virtual Lan (VLAN) configurations including Ether channel, LACP, and Channel groups in combination with Virtual environments like (VMware), Virtual Router Forwarding (VRF) Border Gateway Protocol (BGP) Routing and troubleshooting Dynamic Multi-Point Virtual Private Networking (DMVPN) across a global meshed network Firewall rule configuration Ability to read Network diagrams, Cisco configuration files, and VPN configurations to create, modify or build out new connections on a global wide area network. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Experience in supporting complex enterprise Cisco network Route / Switch, Wireless infrastructure, and security. Experience with Forti Manager and Forti Analyzer a plus Experience with SD-WAN, IDS/IPS, MGLAG, remote authentication and VPN tunnels via Fortinet a plus Knowledge implementing and supporting IP networking and DNS configurations; both internal enterprise configurations and external Internet domain configurations Ability to remotely configure and monitor equipment Ability to implement, administer, and troubleshoot network infrastructure devices, including wireless access points, firewall, routers, and switches Ability to create accurate network diagrams and documentation for design and planning network communication systems Provides detailed information for hardware and software selection Network security experience Experience with Zscaler is a plus. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience with focus Network Engineering. Minimum 5 -8 years’ experience working with Network Engineering Experience in supporting and managing a cloud data center and personal computer infrastructure. Experience with Public/Private/Hybrid Cloud Computing, particularly Windows Azure. Infrastructure as code knowledge (Terraform, Ansible, Puppet) desired. Knowledge of storage technologies in Microsoft 365 including Azure Files, OneDrive and SharePoint. Experience with core network technologies, including DHCP, DNS, NTP. Previous VMware and physical server experience.
