Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to help our potential clients streamline their customer experience using our suite of customer experience products. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in technology and demonstrate exceptional problem-solving, communication, and customer attraction skills. This role will focus on developing and presenting innovative solutions for clients, leveraging expertise in AI, and translating services into product-based offerings. The ability to work directly with CXOs and a deep understanding of pre-sales and solutions selling is crucial.Responsibilities: Engage with customers to understand their business challenges and craft tailored technology solutions.Collaborate with internal teams to deliver impactful solutions that align with client needs.Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including C-suite executives.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and continued business growth.Design and orchestrate end-to-end buyer journeys, from ICP identification through revenue conversionDevelop and implement data-driven strategies to identify, engage and convert high value accountsRequirements: A love and penchant for technology, and with a proven track record of using technology products to optimize organizational systemsExcellent verbal and written communication skills, and including the ability to engage and build relationships with CXOsExcellent problem-solving skills and a proven track record in addressing complex business challenges with technology solutions.4+ years of experience in experience in sales, consulting, or a technology-driven consulting role, preferably with Big 4 or similar firms.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
