Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager/Onboarding Manager to lead implementation projects for our ManageArtworks platform, ensuring timely delivery, high-quality results, and stakeholder satisfaction. This role provides the opportunity to manage cross-functional teams and collaborate with international clients in a fast-paced, dynamic Deliverables : Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and tracking for platform implementations. Oversee project management, resource allocation, and scheduling to ensure timely delivery of high-quality results. Manage project scope, execution, and post-go-live monitoring, ensuring seamless transitions and project documentation. Proactively identify and manage project risks, providing regular updates to key stakeholders. Evaluate and assess project team performance, conduct regular reviews, and ensure alignment with project goals. Review design, development, and unit testing phases to ensure quality deliverables. Assign tasks to team members based on priority, availability, and skillset. Ensure thorough review of releases before UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and production deployment. Handle change requests and oversee project migration activities as required. Plan and execute deployments according to project needs and timelines. Stay up to date with ManageArtworks product suite and platform. Collaborate with the product development team to track and manage the delivery of new product features requested by clients. Key Requirements Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field. 8-12 years of overall experience in a related technology role with strong people management skills. Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in platform implementations and project management. PMP certification is a plus. Experience in SAAS Onboarding implementations is a plus. Experience in CPG or Pharma domain will be an added advantage. Previous experience managing projects for the US market or international geographies is highly desirable. Must be willing to handle/take customer calls upto 12 pm Strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction, ensuring stakeholder expectations are met. Proven experience managing a team of 10+ individuals, including goal setting and conducting periodic performance reviews. Demonstrated ability to take ownership of tasks, delegate effectively, and adjust priorities as needed. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate project status and challenges. Experience in creating comprehensive solution designs based on client needs and requirements. Strong customer facing skills- Must have played active customer facing roles. (ref:hirist.tech)
