Role & responsibilities Introduction: We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media and Ads Expert to enhance our digital presence and drive engagement through innovative content and targeted advertising. This role involves managing our social media platforms and Google Ads, creating compelling content, and implementing strategies that effectively engage our audience and lead to measurable results. Responsibilities: 1. Develop and execute a comprehensive digital advertising strategy across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other platforms. 2. Manage and oversee social media content from concept to execution, ensuring it aligns with our brands voice and business goals. 3. Create engaging and visually appealing content for different platforms, including text, images, and videos. 4. Monitor, moderate, and respond to audience comments; manage social media partnerships with other brands; and oversee customer service provided via social media. 5. Analyze and adjust campaigns based on the performance data and industry trends to maximize effectiveness. 6. Conduct keyword research and use SEO best practices to optimize content. 7. Manage the social media calendar and coordinate with the marketing team to ensure timely publication of content. 8. Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies, including updates on PPC, SEO, display, and video advertising. 9. Manage budget allocation for advertising spends across platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness and efficiency. 10. Design, test, and analyze ads, including graphics and ad copy to ensure high engagement and conversion rates. 11. Conduct keyword research, analysis, and campaign audits to optimize bids and improve ad performance. 12. Monitor KPIs and ROI metrics such as engagement rates, follower growth, and conversion rates across all platforms. 13. Lead brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas and strategies for digital content that engages and grows our audience. Preferred candidate profile 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 2. Proven experience managing social media platforms and executing digital ads with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and creative content. 3. Expertise in SEO, keyword research, Google Analytics, and Google Ads. 4. Experience with social media tools and platforms, including Facebook Business Manager and scheduling tools like Hootsuite or Buffer. 5. Exceptional ability to write and edit engaging content for diverse audiences. 6. Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools. 7. Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills. 8. Creative thinker with the ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions. 9.
