A Data Engineering Manager plays a pivotal role in designing, constructing, and maintaining large-scale data processing systems and infrastructure. This position ensures that data is accessible, reliable, and optimally structured to support analytics and business decision-making processes.Key Responsibilities:Experience in Data Modelling, Data/ Information Architecture, Metadata Management, Master Data management, Data Governance & Data Quality.Strong experience with designing ETL/ELT Pipelines/Data flows using Azure Data Factory and familiarity with Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, and Azure Storage.Monitor, maintain and optimize data pipeline environments for performance and scalability.Experience of Big data approach, architectural concepts, data sourcing/ ingestion/ curation and storage mechanisms.Experience in analytics, data warehousing, enterprise reporting.Participate in agile development processes and contribute to the overall architecture and design of data solutions.Highly skilled in end-to-end Data warehousing and BI (analytics) design / development.Create Design, Functional/Technical specification documentations or any artifacts needed.Job Requirements:Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field preferred with 12+ years of experience in Data engineering.Recruit, Train and develop a team of performing data Engineers.Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Azure and its components.Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and DevOps principles.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues in complex data environments.
