About the Role: We are hiring a Key Account Manager to lead and manage Non-Employee Benefits (Non-EB) business lines such as Property (Fire, Marine, Burglary) and other commercial insurance segments. This role is ideal for professionals with a background in General Insurance Sales (Motor, Health, Corporate, etc.) and a strong track record in client servicing and business development. ? Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow Non-EB insurance portfolios (Property, Fire, Marine, Burglary, etc.). Retain key corporate clients through effective relationship management and communication. Float insurance queries and provide clients with optimal and competitive quotes. Review and negotiate premiums, terms, and policy conditions with insurers. Lead negotiations for large and medium-sized proposals with insurers. Oversee policy issuance and claims servicing to ensure compliance with documentation standards. Conduct risk assessments and advise clients on mitigation strategies. Collaborate with insurers, clients, and surveyors to streamline claims resolution. Ensure timely resolution of all client queries and complaints. Maintain and provide accurate MIS data as per business needs.
